The KwaZulu-Natal Music Imbizo is an annual provincial music business exhibition and conference that is held in Durban (South Africa). The Imbizo is an attempt to collect all industry players under one roof to share expertise and talk the music business. It is a platform to exhibit, network,

Conferences and exhibitions are a great platform to network and share information. They serve as a catalyst to greater ideas. The KZN Music Imbizo's main objective (amongst others) is to share information. Information has become a decider in this day and age. The following also form the objectives of the KZN Music Imbizo:

• Network all stakeholders in the industry and guide new people into the music industry

The KZN Music Imbizo has growned incredibly over the past years. In 2007, it was a Hiphop conference that had four speakers participating. The current format and structure started was in 2009 after skipping 2008. The current structure includes six core activities that make up the Imbizo experience,  namely:
